Returns
Please note that our return policy strictly allows for exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We regret to inform you that we won't be able to offer any exchanges on purchases made beyond the stipulated 30-day period. We can only accommodate refunds for store credit.
We are happy to accept returns or exchange requests within 30 days of your purchase if your product does not meet your expectations. In the event of a return request due to dissatisfaction with size or color, we provide the option for exchanges or refunds in the form of store credit. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact condition that you received it. Additionally, it should be in the original packaging. If you believe that your item fulfills these criteria for a return, please refer to the instructions in the Shipping section below.
To complete your return, please provide a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Shipping
If you wish to return a product, kindly send an email to info@connerleemcknight.com along with your order number and the email address used to place the order.
Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs involved in returning the item. The shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from that amount.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will depend on your location. If you are shipping an item over $75, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at hello@connor-mcknight.com.
